【个人简介】

工学博士、博士生导师，国家级高层次人才。发表学术论文140余篇，其中SCI索引的期刊论文100余篇（包括：在IEEE T-ASE、T-SMC、T-CST、T-EVC，T-II、T-SM等IEEE Transactions上发表60余篇），拥有17项国际专利（8项美国专利）。曾获江西省科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖，澳门科学技术奖自然科学奖三等奖，期刊IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica的钱学森论文奖，国际学术会议IEEE International Conference on Networking，Sensing and Control（ICNSC）的最佳应用论文奖以及IEEE Robotics & Automation Society（RAS）半导体制造自动化技术委员会颁发的最佳应用论文奖等。带领团队研发了半导体设备仿真平台及设备智能调度算法，涵盖了PVD、CVD、刻蚀、清洗等晶圆制造关键工艺，并在半导体设备头部企业成功落地应用。同时，与国内多家一线半导体晶圆代工厂保持紧密的技术交流和人才培养。此外，任国际权威期刊IEEE Robotics and Automation Magazine的编委和中文期刊《工业工程》的领域主编。
